Assessment session:

Please note that payment of half of my fee is required for the assessment session to secure the room. Acceptable payments are bank transfers or PayPal payments. Please note that advance payments need to reach the account 48-hours before our appointment. Payment of the balance is required at the end of the session either by cash or cheque. Unfortunately, credit card payments are not possible.

Therapy sessions:

Payment is required in full at the end of each session. Acceptable payment methods include cash or cheque. Unfortunately, credit card payments are not possible.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an appointment please notify me within at least 24 hours of your session otherwise you will be liable for the full cost of the missed session. Equally, if I give you less than 24 hours notice that I need to cancel your session, your next session will be free. Please note that if the appointment you want to cancel is on a Monday, you need to notify me by 3:00 pm on the Friday prior to our session.
